GAP-FRAME
MC-200
A heavy-duty solution designed for the most intense and demanding workloads. It delivers a full 2,000 kN of force on a generous 1400×800 mm table. The majestic 22,000 kg structure operates steadily at between 30 and 60 strokes per minute.
MC-70
Designed for medium-duty machining operations requiring greater thrust and a larger footprint (920 x 500 mm). It delivers a nominal force of 700 kN while maintaining high production speeds (50-90 strokes/min) on a robust 7,000 kg frame.
MC-250
The absolute top of the range in the gooseneck series. It releases 2,500 kN of force driven by a powerful 30 kW motor. Its 27 tons of pure steel ensure minimal structural deformation on the 1400×800 mm table, operating at 30-45 strokes/min.
MC-100
The press for those who need to enter the high-power range with optimized dimensions. It develops 1,000 kN of force on a 1000×630 mm table. Its 9,000 kg structural weight ensures stability at speeds between 45 and 80 strokes per minute.
MC-125
Reliability and strength for demanding blanking operations. This 1,250 kN model is equipped with a 15 kW motor and an 1100 x 650 mm worktable. The 11,000 kg structure perfectly absorbs vibrations up to 70 strokes per minute.
MC-160
High rigidity to ensure maximum precision even under extreme stress. With a force of 1,600 kN and a weight of 15,000 kg, this machine offers a large 1200×700 mm worktable and operates between 35 and 65 strokes per minute.
MC-50
The perfect balance between compactness and power for standard molding. It delivers a force of 450 kN and features an 800×450 mm worktable. Weighing 5,000 kg, it offers an operating speed of 60 to 110 strokes per minute.
MC-25

The main motor features variable speed as standard on all models.DRIVE SYSTEM
Single or double gear reduction according to the performance required from the press. High-speed shaft with helical teeth machined directly on the shaft itself. Oil-bath reduction unit. Eccentric shaft made of quenched and tempered alloy steel, with the following options:- Fixed-stroke eccentric;
- Variable-stroke eccentric, semi-automatic or automatic;
- Link-drive slowdown;
- Servo drive.
RAM
Cast iron construction, motorised die-height adjustment with self-braking motor and mechanical display with 0.1 mm decimal resolution. 8 bronze gibs arranged at 90°, ensuring optimal alignment at every point of the stroke. Adjustable low-pressure pneumatic cylinders balance the weight of the ram and the clearances of the reciprocating parts.HYDRAULIC OVERLOAD PROTECTION
All models are equipped with hydraulic overload protection.LUBRICATION SYSTEM
Fitted with a gear pump providing a continuous oil jet and a progressive distributor. System monitoring with lubricant-level alarm and pressure alarm. The system is configured for total lubricant recovery.ELECTRICAL SYSTEM
PLC-based automation and control of press parameters with alarm display on a touch-screen panel. Standard monitored parameters:- Press speed adjustment and display;
